A Brief History Magna Interiors and bespoke joinery

With over 30 years experience in all aspects of the industry , working for some of the most illustrous companies in the  United Kingdom, With projects in many different countries for some very exclusive clients.

The dream was always their to create  Magna Interiors and bespoke joinery to fulfil the ambition of bringing our unique skills, creativity and imagination to  my very own clients.

Our wide range of skills and fully equipped workshop allow us to offer cabinetry including - Kitchens and wardrobes,  Custom Joinery and bespoke furniture all made to our clients own desgins. 

​

Here at Magna we pride ourselves in being as environmentally friendly as possible, from solar panels to making sure that all of the timber and sheet material is FSC aproved from sustainably sources.

Terms and conditions 1. Definitions • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Magna Interiors and bespoke joinery , operated by Richard Reeves, sole trader. • “You”, “Customer” refers to the individual or business placing an order with us. • “Custom Furniture” means furniture made to your unique specifications, dimensions, materials, and finishes. 2. Quotations & Orders • All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. • An order is confirmed once a 30% deposit is received, and specifications are agreed in writing. • Orders become binding after the 7-day cooling-off period unless materials have already been ordered. 3. Payment Terms • Deposit (30%) is required to secure your order. This covers design time and materials, including timber, and is non-refundable once the cooling-off period ends and or materials have been ordered. • A second instalment (30%) is due when production begins. This covers labour and workshop time and is non-refundable. . A Third instalment (30%) is due once all workshop works is completed and prior to completion or fitting and this is non-refundable. • The final 10% balance is payable on the day of completion or fitting. • Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card. 3a. Business to Business Payment terms •Deposit (50%) is required via invoice on receipt of your companies Purchase order (This is non-refundable after 7 days cooling off period or if materials have been order in this period) •Final payment (50%) is due via invoice on completion or collection/delivery of completed order. (This is non-refundable after final inspection by client) •All orders under the value of £1000.00 due via invoice on receipt of Purchase order (unless agreed with MIBJ in advance). 4. Cooling-Off Period • You have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of deposit payment to cancel the order for a full refund, provided no materials have been ordered. • If cancellation is requested after timber or materials are purchased, the deposit is forfeited. 5. Cancellations/Termination of works • After the cooling-off period and/or once materials have been ordered, cancellations or termination of the contract will not result in a refund, and the client will liable for all works completed up to the value of the contracted order. • Once work has commenced, the first/second and subsequent third instalment is also non-refundable. • In exceptional cases (e.g. unexpected delays on our end), discounts or credits may be offered at our discretion. 6. Custom Furniture & Returns • All items are custom-made and non-refundable unless faulty or not as specified. • If you believe there is a fault, notify us within 7 days of delivery or installation. We will assess and, if necessary, repair, replace, or refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. • No refunds or returns will be accepted due to change of mind or changes in personal circumstances. 7. Design & Measurements • You are responsible for confirming all dimensions, specifications, and access requirements before work begins. • We are not liable for errors in measurements provided by the customer. 8. Lead Times • Estimated lead times are provided at order confirmation and may vary due to material availability or supplier delays. • We will keep you informed of any changes. 9. Delivery & Access • You must ensure clear and safe access to your property for delivery and fitting. • We are not liable for delays or damage caused by poor access or site conditions. 10. Liability • Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value of the item. • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. 11. Governing Law • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. 12. Acceptance of Terms By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
